Issues can be raised with 24hrs Ltd but may be dealt with direct by the vendor who owned the product to sell.  24hrs Ltd charge VAT on their Products

Please read these terms and conditions very carefully and make sure that you fully understand them, before ordering or attempting to purchase any Goods from our website. Please be aware that by ordering our Goods, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We recommend that you print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

You must be 16 years or older to register for the Service. By submitting an Order Form, you confirm to us that you are at least 16 years of age and that you accept these terms and conditions of purchase.

These terms and conditions may be changed at any time by us and we are not under any obligation to notify you of such changes.

You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.

No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and 24hrs Ltd unless and until 24hrs Ltd accepts your order by way of an e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered, and that the goods have been shipped to the specified address. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time 24hrs Ltd sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). This confirmation (not request) e-mail amounts to an acceptance by 24hrs Ltd of your offer to buy goods from 24hrs Ltd or a 3rd party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by 24hrs Ltd.

You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible when you receive it and you should also print out and keep a copy of it.

GDPR we do not store your details or use them for marketing purposes, we only use them for the purpose of making the website function with cookies. So your data is safe with us and not stored unless you sign up as a member in which case we are the only company that keeps your details they are never passed on to anyone else, however we can not be held responsible if or site is the victim of a hacker. we do everything in our power to prevent this at all times and keep backups offline of the website.

Privacy Policy: We do not store credit card  details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

When you purchase one of our subscription plans you will get instant access to the website, however some accounts that have extra features such as online shopping facilities or online ordering facilities can take up to 5 dayes to complete that portion of your account. We shall keep you notified by email of progress,

24hrs Ltd will not store or pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party and you will not receive any spam emails from us. Which means We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

You undertake that all details you provide to 24hrs Ltd for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

If there are any changes to the personal details or address supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform 24hrs Ltd as soon as possible.

 SMS - sms is included in your package to begin with but may become an extra charge if its becomes popular, you will be advised in good time if this is going to happen.

Cancellation: You can cancel at any time and your account will be closed at the end of your current paid period.

 

Dating section:

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the dating section of the website.

IMPORTANT: Pornographic images or any images of a sexual nature that contain part or full nudity will be removed and you will be banned as a member from the whole site including the dating section with no refund. You could also be liable for prosecution by the law to the full extent for breach of our terms and conditions.
24hrs Ltd will do our best to police and remove any offensive or pornagraphic material as soon as we can or as soon as we are notified, in the short term we can not be held liable for images, videos or posts that are uploaded by users or third parties. This also includes anything relating to drugs are terrorism, images of children and the users details will be passed onto the police.

Anyone found to be stalking or harrasing other users in any section of the website will be banned from the whole site

 

 

The Dealer is known as The Dealer, Advertiser or Vendor.

 Advertisements

The Dealer & Advertiser or Vendor is obligated to place only proper offers for sale of boats in the database, and to enter these conscientiously and factually through the input mask made available, while including all significant facts, figures, and faults that may affect a decision to purchase.

The dealer shall not be entitled to set up any files containing images that are not exclusively of the item for sale in our store or of a jet, yacht, boat or of an equivalent model for sale.

For any damage claims by the dealer, 24hrs Ltd shall be liable for acts of misconduct or gross negligence as prescribed by law, which are attributable to 24hrs Ltd or any of its representatives or vicarious agents. If 24hrs.com does not wilfully breach the contract, its liability for claims shall be limited to foreseeable damages.
  2. 24hrs Ltd shall be liable as prescribed by law for any culpable breach of contract, whereby its liability for claims shall be limited to foreseeable damages.
  3. Any liability for culpable endangerment to life or bodily injury or health or absolute liability under the product liability act shall not be affected.
  4. 24hrs Ltd shall not be liable in any form whatsoever, except as stated in the preceding provisions.

Responsibility for the Content

A The dealer shall be solely responsible for the correctness and legitimacy of any information provided. dealer shall be obligated to ensure that such information or content, directly or through 24hrs Ltd, and does not infringe upon these dealer-terms that we provide, applicable national or international laws, and/or rights of third parties, in particular with respect to copyrights, trademarks, rights to a name,  personal rights, or patent rights, etc.

  1. The liability or responsibility of 24hrs Ltd for third party content shall be governed by UK Law
  2. The dealer shall hold 24hrs Ltd harmless against any 3rd party claims of infringement in respect of the offers and content provided by dealer via the web sites operated by 24hrs Ltd. Dealer shall assume any attorney or court costs incurred by 24hrs Ltd for the legal defense against any such claims, unless the subject infringement is not attributable to Dealer.
  3. 24hrs Ltd reserves the right to block the content provided by dealer, if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the content is in gross violation of the law or these our Dealer-Terms.

If you are contracting with us as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us, promptly at your expense/cost. You must report any indiscretions with your order within 48 hours of receipt, so that we can investigate further.

You must inform us immediately of the cancellation of the contract.

This is not intended to be a full statement of all your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. Full details of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are available from your Local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or your Local Authority’s Trading Standards Office.

The Regulations do not apply to any made to order item.

Processing of orders

Subscription plans or recurring subscriptions which you can cancel at any time as they run month to month, when you cancel your account will be terminated at the end of the current paid period.
There are no refunds on subscriptions unless the web site is down or not accessible for a period of more than 24hrs, at which point the remaining balance due for the period including the 24hrs will be refunded.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you have ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'. Read more on our delivery services in the paragraph entitled Delivery

Credit and Debit cards are debited via ourpayment provide Paypal before items are shipped by 24hrs Ltd.

24hrs Ltd aim to arrange shipment/delivery of all in stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with us or our suppliers. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. You can keep track of your order status yourself on-line with the order tracking facility on the 'View My Orders' page. At the very most for delivery in the UK it can take up to 5 days for delivery and longer for international and European orders.

Once your order has been confirmed, it's not currently possible for you to change it prior to dispatch.

A signature will be required on delivery of the goods to you. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address will be proof that the order has been delivered to you.

For all UK orders authorised before 3PM (Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays) we will endeavour to despatch your order the same day subject to stock and availability, at the most we usually expect delivery to be up to 3 working days.

Deliveries/Orders to most of the UK mainland are sent by Royal Mail or DPD. Deliveries to some remote areas and all offshore areas of the UK are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. In most cases, you should receive your order on the next working day, except where you've opted for Saturday delivery. Please note that orders received after 3pm Friday (and over the rest of the weekend) are processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

If you are not in to receive and sign for the Goods the courier/caller will leave a card telling you how to contact them to re-arrange delivery at a convenient time

Western European Countries - approximately 5 working days from authorisation; £11.95 P&P
Orders to Europe are sent by either Royal mail airmail, DPD Classic depending on country

Please note, we are currently able to accept orders only from the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden & Switzerland.
Orders for European countries are sent by once we have bank authorisation (which can take up to 72 hours). Delivery then takes around 5 days from despatch for most EU countries, but please allow up to 10 working days. There is a flat £9.95 charge for this service.

Other Countries - JAPAN, AUSTRALIA, USA, CANADA, & NEW ZEALAND - approximately 8 working days from bank authorisation; £18.95 P&P
Orders from the Canada, Japan, Australia, United States, and New Zealand are sent by Royal Mail Airmail once we have bank authorisation (which can take up to 72 hours). Delivery then takes around 8 days from despatch, but please allow up to 15 working days. We charge a flat rate of £13.95 for this service.

Other Countries
We regret that we are unable to accept orders from any countries other than those we have specified above.

Customs Duty
No duty applies to goods shipped within the European Union. Outside the EU any duty and customs costs appropriate to your country are your responsibility.

Please note you are only able to apply one offer or discount code, per order (ie 2 cannot be used in conjunction)

24hrs Ltd and its carriers are responsible for your goods during the time that they are in transit until they are delivered to your address. A signature is always required for any item delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. 

From time to time, anyone at the delivery address may be asked to sign for your parcel, so please note that it then becomes your responsibility should another person in your address sign for your goods. Evidence of a signature is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by 24hrs Ltd , and transfer of responsibility in the same way. 

Any package that is returned by Royal Mail or our chosen courier company to 24hrs Ltd due to the following reasons: 'wrong' or 'incomplete' address (it is the customers responsibility to ensure a full valid address is entered); several attempts of delivery; item not picked up from specified address on calling card; new specified address by yourself, then item can be re-delivered but you must be re-charged for delivery costs. 

24hrs Ltd is not responsible for any delays caused by bad weather, air or postal strikes, or by destination customs clearance processes.

By browsing or using our website in anyway you agree that no legal action can be taken against us in any format or for any reason, this includes any law enforcement agency or government body who does not have express written permission to use our website, other than for the purpose of purchasing goods advertised for sale, this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

How long do I have to return my items or Parcel after I receive them?

At 24hrs Ltd we want you to be very satisfied every time you shop with us so we make our returns policy simple and easy to understand. You can return or exchange any goods bought from the 24hrs Ltd website within 14 days from when you receive them.

What if I want to exchange my goods for something else?

Our exchange procedure at 24hrs Ltd is almost the same as for our returns procedure. Just Simply fill out the form on the back of your invoice, check the box in the section marked 'Exchange Request' and write down the product reference code(s) of the item(s) you would like to exchange your goods for (these can be found on the product pages on the website just after the product name) along with your chosen size.

Exchanges will be processed within 4 working days (Monday - Friday) of receipt of your parcel and dispatched for free, although you do have to pay the return postage to get your package to us.

If an exchange item you have requested is not in stock we will issue a refund back to your card/PayPal account.

ok, So how do I return my goods?

Simply fill out the form on the back of your invoice (included with your parcel) making sure to check the box in the 'Refund Request' section (if you want to exchange your items(s) for something else, see below on exchanging goods then send the parcel back to us at:

If for any reason you do not have your invoice, please include a note with your name and order number, so that we know who the parcel has come from.

We offer several options for returning your parcels, but the cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility. The best return service for you varies depending on your location. Please choose your region below to view your available return options.

For International returns you will need to drop the item at your local post office and ensure that you have adequate insurance on the item, we will contact you when we have received your parcel and don't forget to include your name and contact details and your original order number.

How long before I receive a refund or my money back?

We will issue and confirm the refund or exchange (if available) within 4 working days but it may take 3 or 4 more days for the refund to show in your account (or up to 10 days for some building society accounts and/or overseas).

What do I need to include when I return an item (s)?

Please include the invoice (attached to the front of the parcel you received) with the goods, or your name and order number, so that we know who they are from. When we get the goods back we will issue a full refund for the price of the goods returned. Our only strict stipulation is that they are in a saleable condition, basically meaning;

How do I return my items using the Collect+ system?

Collect+ is a convenient service that allows you to drop the item you wish to return to any Collect+ stores, 7 days a week, early to late. There are over 5,000 stores nationwide.

Simply complete the returns section (found on the reverse of your invoice), securely wrap your item and put the Collect+ returns label on to the front of your package. You can easily print your label online.

All you then have to do is visit one of the Collect+ stores, drop your item and collect your receipt - it couldn't be easier. You can also track your return from the Collect+ website.

Your item will then be returned to us for processing within 3-5 working days and all this for just £4.99*. We will email when we have received your item back.

Can I return and item or parcel using the Royal Mail?

You can do of course yes, simply pop in to your local branch and send the parcel (making sure to include the filled out invoice form) to our returns department at the address below. For your own protection we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery service because;

We will email when we have received your item(s).

What about if I bought my item in a special offer, what happens about the return?

If an item that you bought was under a Special Offer or Promotional Incentive and is then  subsequently returned, the Special Offer may no longer apply, and the refund may be adjusted accordingly. We will give you the best deal we can in the circumstances, but we will have to take into account the impact of a return on the original offer. If the item is exchanged for another that would have been available under the terms of the Special Offer no adjustment will need to be made. If the exchange is for an item of similar value outside the terms of the original offer then any adjustment is at the discretion of Designer Clothing Online Ltd.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

All queries should be emailed to 24hrs Ltd (info @ 24hrs.business) and we generally deal with all queries within 24-48 hours, just as soon as we can. If we need to investigate your query further we will advise you.

Further Advice and Help


At 24hrs Ltd we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us so that you will come back and shop again with us we make our returns policy simple.

We have a no quibble guarantee that means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased from 24hrs Ltd website, just return them to us in their original condition, with tags intact and in the original packaging within 14 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item(s). This does not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We will not refund items that have been worn or that have had the tags removed except under exceptional circumstances and at our discretion. Please include the original invoice together with any returned good, having completed the “Reason for Return” slip.

This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

IMPORT DUTY
If your delivery address is outside the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches your own country. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

If you need to return an Item to us then please ensure that you wrap the package securely and safely.
For your own protection, we also recommend that you should send your package by a recorded delivery service and satisfy yourself as to the insurance arrangement as we at 24hrs Ltd cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in the post.

Except where the goods you return are faulty or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Please note: We do not accept returns from courier companies.
We recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD Homecall Returns service, although Collect+ also available. Please note also that UK Royal Mail recorded delivery/registered post only covers losses up to approx £46, unless you take out additional insurance.

Refunds Policy:

We dont not offer any refunds on subscriptions unless the site can not be accesses through a fault of ours over a period of 48hrs. We shall then refund on a pro rate basis for donwtime.

For purchases of any goos on the site we shall offer a refund if they are returned unopened and unused and in the same condition as they were when delivered.
